More than 50 components, including free organic acids and higher fatty acids, can be accurately quantified by a single injection of the capillary column, which makes people have a new understanding of the content of flavor components in Baijiu and the relationship between the content of flavor components and the quality of flavor. This undoubtedly pushed the quality control and analysis of Baijiu to a new height, and provided a good data guarantee for the microcomputer blending of Baijiu.
